Lindsey Czech is an alum of the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, the premier health-supportive culinary school in the country. Since graduating she has cooked in restaurants in Colorado, Montana, Washington, Connecticut and Idaho. After stints as sous chef at Firehole Ranch in West Yellowstone and Galena Lodge in Ketchum, she began cooking for private clients in the Wood River Valley. You can find her somewhere around Idaho camping, running, backcountry skiing, cooking up soups and salads at Nourishme (Ketchum's preeminent health foods cafe) and laughing loudly. She is passionate about creating fresh, healthy, sustainable and delicious meals to fuel you for tomorrow's big adventure.
